DISC (THERMO-DYNAMIC) TRAP
結構：
1．閥體采用碳鋼或不銹鋼無縫管壓制成形。
2．球體材質可采用不銹鋼304、316制作。研磨精細不銹鋼球體，具有優良的抗腐蝕性能和密封性能。
3．采用浮球結構，斜面彈性密封圈緊壓在球體之上，即使在壓力不穩定的情況下，閥門可以保證嚴密。
4．本閥門可以提供對焊、法蘭、承插焊、內縲紋等連接形成。開閉采用手柄、蝸輪傳動、電動等傳動方式。
Structure:
1．The valve body is made from carbon steel or seamless stainless steel pipe by pressed forming;
2．The valve body material can be stainless steel 304 and 316. The finely grind stainless steel ball has excellent performance in anti-corrosion and tightness.
3．The float-ball structure is applied with the beveled elastic sealing ring tightly pressed against the ball body so that the valve is kept tight even if the pressure is unstable.
4．The valve can be connected by butt-welding, flanged connection, socket welding and inner threaded connection. It can be opened/closed by a handle, turbine drive, and motorized drive.

1．SZQ球閥在工作過程中，密封面能夠自補償作用，它能延長球閥使用壽命。
2．SZQ自密封式球閥關鍵零件。它是由高強度極限，耐高溫。耐腐蝕、耐磨損、無毒，經受長期高壓高溫而不喪失彈性且能保持穩定尺寸的復合材料所制造。
3．密封圈是高科技耐磨產品，經受幾十萬次往復運動的測試，仍可提供良好的密封性能，才能保證閥門的使用壽命。
4．閥門密封圈可以在攝氏－10℃-250℃的條件下，連續使用而不會失效。
5．產品閥體、閥桿可根據各種長度加長、易于保溫、便于安裝。
6．SZQ閥門特點無泄漏，開閉快、結構新穎，用途廣泛，是工程項目主選的新品種之一。
Features:
1．When the SZQ ball valve is at work, its sealing face can play a role in self-compensation, extending the service life of the ball valve;
2．Key parts of the SZQ self-sealed ball vale are of high strength, resistant to high temperature. It is made from composite materials, resistant to corrosion and abrasion, nontoxic, without losing elasticity, and keeping stable dimensions under long-time high pressure and high temperature.
3．The sealing ring is a kind of high-tech resistant-to-abrasion product, capable of maintaining good sealing performance after undergone testing by reciprocal movements of hundreds of thousands times, ensuring service life of the valve.
4．The valve sealing ring can be used continuously without any effect under the temperature of -10℃~ -250℃.
5．The valve body and stem can be extended, easy for heat preservation and installation;
6．Features of SZQ valve: no leakage, quick opening/closing, novel structure, wide uses, a preferred new product in projects.
